Daniel H. Averbeck, Ph.D.
President/Owner

 

Dan began his career with Applied Assessments, Inc. in 1984. Following promotions from Staff Psychologist to General Director, Dan purchased the firm in 1992.

Dan earned degrees in psychology from The University of Cincinnati and Xavier University. His Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology was completed at The Ohio State University in 1985. Dan is a licensed psychologist in the state of Ohio and an adjunct faculty member at Xavier University.

Areas of particular interest include job analysis, selection test validation and application of test results to employee selection,career development and succession planning.

 

May G. Doyle, MA
HR Assessment Specialist

 

May Doyle has been with Applied Assessments since 1995. She previously worked at the firm as a graduate intern conducting statistical analysis.

May graduated from Xavier University with a BS in Psychology and MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Areas of interest include test validation, administration and training as well as data statistical analysis and interpretation.
